What you need
Books were sold against stock levels in a spreadsheet. The same copy sold twice, and a price change was made in three places and forgotten in two.
What we did
We moved the catalogue into WooCommerce, connected stock to the warehouse, and put checkout on one screen — delivery and payment chosen without leaving the page.
Outcome
What the site says is in stock is what is in stock. An order runs from basket to courier without a manual step.
